I think the script has been moved to here: Just re starting the Simulator after Charles starts fixed it for me. Fix mangling of requests with schemes starting with M. Not to mention other SSL features. Your network calls will fail if you quit Charles.

I don't use Charles much, but it's wonderful knowing I have it when I need it. The window can now be dragged by the title label, and not when fullscreen Windows: According to charles documentation The iOS Simulator should use the system carles settings.
Mac OS X Lion: It won't be easy if at all feasible. Read Here So just quit your simulator, open charles and then run the app again. Charles is now signed so you can launch it without warning on Mountain Lion.
